To cancel the contract:
As a customer, you must send an email to contact@wrlife.net
Indicating the date and reason for cancellation.
Emails from the agent or advisor will not be accepted.
Cancellation will only take place if an email is received from the customer's email address due to the Wbp law..

Cancellation email must be sent 30 days prior to cancellation date, should the client have autodebit payment will not be refunded if we are not informed.

EXAMPLE
You set up a direct debit on the 1st of each month and let us know on the 2nd that you want to cancel the policy.
The payment that was debited on the 1st WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
